Welcome! I'm Cat Stacey, a Happiness and Wellbeing Coach dedicated to helping individuals find their positive pathways forward. My journey has been a diverse and enriching one, transitioning from the dynamic world of acting and performing arts to the impactful realm of psychology. With a background in teaching drama and LAMDA, I have always been passionate about understanding human behavior and emotions.

My love for positive psychology and the science of happiness led me to embrace coaching as a powerful tool for change. I believe that everyone can benefit from the right techniques, including breathing exercises, mindfulness, and meditation, to support their wellbeing and live a fulfilling life.

Living in central Bedfordshire with my two wonderful kids and our beloved dog, I understand the challenges of balancing family, work, and personal time. This empathy fuels my commitment to helping both young people and adults who feel anxious and overwhelmed.

In addition to personal coaching, I offer support within schools, utilizing a trauma-informed and positive psychology approach. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where everyone can thrive.

On a personal note, I am an avid lover of musical theatre, enjoy both strength-based exercise and a good 5k run, and have a keen interest in history, particularly exploring castles and stately homes.
